3 Account Management

Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support at any time.

3.4 Account Closure. Players may request the permanent closure of their tg7773 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to KYC clearance.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. tg7773 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. This list may be updated at any time at tg7773's discretion.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 per transaction. tg7773 reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable prior notice to registered players.

4.3 Player-Owned Accounts. All payment accounts used to deposit to or receive withdrawals from tg7773 must be registered in the name of the account holder as verified during KYC. Third-party deposits are prohibited. tg7773 reserves the right to return any deposit received from a payment account not matching the verified player name and to decline the withdrawal to any unverified third-party account.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya — 15 to 30 minutes for amounts under ₱100,000; bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet — within 1 business hour for standard amounts. Amounts above ₱100,000 are subject to enhanced verification and may take up to 24 hours.

4.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the account balance reaches the minimum.

4.6 Currency. All transactions on tg7773 are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). tg7773 does not currently accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between these General Terms and Conditions and a specific promotional term, the specific promotional term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

10 Responsible Gaming

11.3 Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, prohibited conduct, or violation of these Terms and Conditions, tg7773 reserves the right to retain the entire account balance, including deposited funds, as reasonable compensation for the administrative and operational costs of the investigation and in fulfilment of applicable regulatory requirements.

12 Governing Law
